My Nurse Practitioner (MyNP) is a primary care medical practice that delivers services in the home for those who are homebound, disabled, suffering with dementia and/or requiring taxing efforts in order to access healthcare. We will become your Primary Care Provider (PCP), or work in conjunction with your current PCP.  MyNP is a membership practice.  Subsequent to the inital visit, MyNP will bill your insurance the same way a clinic setting does for visits. However, the care will be brought directly to you. Simply put, we are your Medicare provider that cares for you in the comfort of your own home.
